I've never been a fan of interacting with bank tellers, but I've actually come to look forward to my trips to this BOA location. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and I've never had a poor experience. I highly recommend working through this Bank.
The woman teller with the long dark hair (probably in her late 40's) was SO rude to me. I came in to cash my check and I had a bank acct there, and I was asking her questions about my account, my balance and the various accts they have available and she kept dismissing me, and telling me to go talk to this other lady. Then she coldly handed me my money and tried to usher some other guy behind me in front of me while I was still asking her questions. The other guy probably had more money than me ( he was asking about business accts) so he was probably more 'important' than me. I hated it there. I think im going to close my acct and NEVER come back there. :(
