I was looking for a specific used truck as it was time to retire my ‘05 F250SD that I only use for hunting & fishing. I took a half hour ride down to Mike & Tony’s and met Tony and hit it off. Great guy! After about 3 weeks of internet searches I kept an eye on their inventory and found the F350 that I landed on. Picked it up on Friday the 29th. EDIT: I am currently having the same issue with the suspension. I took it to a air suspension mechanic nearby and Mike and Tony replaced the broken part with some sort of used part that is causing me the same issue I was originally having. I am going to have this repaired the correct way on my own and not dealing with these shady people ever again.
Mike was great to work with and the Jeep was as described. He was open and honest about any maintenance performed by his dealership before the sale. We drove it 350 miles home, no issues, and now it's our daily driver. No negotiating the price, but it was priced fairly and we feel we got a deal. Great experience and I would buy another vehicle from here.
This is an honest review from someone who actually purchased a vehicle from Mike and Tonys. First the buying experience; from the first conversation they were the nicest dealership I had ever dealt with and it was no "schmoozing" straight to the point (which I love). We had to drive two hours to look at the SUV we wanted and Mackenzie waited around for us because we were not able to get there until after they closed on a Friday! We picked up the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the whole process was pleasant. Fast forward 3 weeks and we had a small problem with the suspension and called Mike and Tonys. Tiffany was very helpful on the phone and we were able to drop the Grand Cherokee off to them no questions asked. They stand by the cars they sell. They fixed the issue and told us to call them should we have any more problems. I cannot speak for their financing because I didn't use it. We dealt personally with Mackenzie, Simms, Robert and Tiffany and I cannot say enough good things about them!
