One of the Jacuzzi jets on our 3 year old tub blew a seal and leaked 40 gallons of water. We called WB Dickenson Plumbing Heating Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling in South Windsor CT, to come and fix the problem. Upon inspection and because it was a jet that went, the repairman from WB Dickenson said the job was beyond his capability and that a professional, certified Jacuzzi repair person would be needed. They recommended Dan's ReNewal. I liked the honesty of the repairman, T.J. from WB Dickenson.
I called W.B. Dickenson Plumbing CT to install the tub. They showed at on-time and completed the re-installation in about 1 1/2 hours. No leaks, problem solved.

So I called the Jacuzzi company, and they recommended the same repair company that WB Dickenson did - Dan's ReNewal. I contacted Dan's ReNewal and scheduled an appointment. Dan arrived on time, and completed the work in 1 1/2 hours. One of the things Dan had to do was cut the plumbing pipes to lift the entire tub out of place to do the repair. After fixing the leak Dan said the tub would have to sit for 24 hours for the sealant to cure on the pipes. Dan said I would need to call a plumber to re-install the tub.
