I am extremely disappointed in tonight's service. I had ordered a seafood dish and found it to be foul smelling and very bitter to the taste so I had the waitress take it back. At the end of dinner with my family I had noticed my plate was still fully charged, which paying at least half would have been fair. The owner refused to discount the plate and offered dessert to take home. Which is not even an ethical solution in my book. My daughters small cheese pizza by the way tasted the same as the one from Chuck e cheese. Also my husband had gotten a refill on his water and I never was offered a refill, which could have easily been an honest mistake. Sad to say I'll never go there again...used to be a favorite spot.
Food was great, but service was extremely slow even though no more than four tables were full at any point. I received my package when my husband received his salad, which I want thrilled about. My husband received the wrong meal after waiting almost an hour, and the waitress didn't want to fix it and just said she didn't know what that dish looked like (it was supposed to have red sauce, eggplant, cheese, etc and instead had Alfredo, broccoli, and peppers), so he ate it rather than waiting another hour. I will definitely get a pizza there again but will do pick up rather than stay at the restaurant.
Great food great people. There pizza sauce is perfect! And they sell great bacon burgers! Who knew! Pictures to come on next visit!
Very tasty pizza. Recommended by CT Valley Brewing next door. Had takeout and brought it over to the brewery to enjoy with some friends.
Not good. Nice service staff but not good food. Not even average. I had fond memories of this place from growing up so I took my in laws there when I was back in town for a wedding. Very disappointing and extremely embarrassing. The calamari was prepackaged and frozen. The kid's ravioli had some sort of strong cheese inside, like gorgonzola or goat so no kid would eat it. Eggplant Parm was chewy and bitter. Sad.
