When visiting the business we were only checking out the business and their services since this was our mother's wishes. Although my mother and I met someone who claim he owned the business and he were very nice to my mother. Than my mother decided this is where she would like to have her memorial at. Upon visiting the business we met with the owner. We mentioned how we met someone who claimed he owned the business. The owner now talking to said it was his brother and he did not work there nor own the business. The owner claimed in sincerity that he is only there to pry with the family and not prey on the family. He did not do anything in all honesty but rip us off of $21,200.00 for a funeral service that was not at his business. He did not give us a cost for anything as someone would do with a price list, nor did we pick out our flowers, we were double billed for obituary for $1,400.00 that was incorrectly submitted with errors by their staff for the names of the family, limos were tightly fit, no police escort as he agreed as a favor, double billed for the plot or hole for the cemetery, grave did not have any markers with mom's name on it, we did not get the fans we ordered for keep sakes. He billed us for blankets he claimed he would present and give to us for using his service,. In everything he claimed he was giving to the family we paid for it and it is unfair. He practice unfair practices. There were so many times we had to go there which were inconvenient. We thought in all honesty that this guy was someone you can trust. I would not recommend him to anyone. He takes advantage of anyone who has an insurance policy. It doesn't stops here.
On behalf of the Shaw Family, we would like to thank Jason Gill and the All Faith Memorial Chapel for their service for my father. When Dad found out he was sick, he began the search for someone of integrity to take care of him. Two things were key in his decision to use All Faith: the value offered for the price and, more importantly, his assessment of Jason’s character. He had met Jason from when he worked at Clark and Bell Funeral Home. He was much impressed with Mr. Gill’s sincerity and integrity. My Dad's trust was well placed; everyone there was warm, caring, compassionate, respectful, and professional. Every aspect was handled with care - from the arrangement, the program, to the photo tribute and the many funeral details. We received a Beautiful blanket with dad’s picture. We are so thankful to All Faith Memorial Chapel for the many ways they went above and beyond. We would recommend him to anyone. A true blessing.
Everyone who work at All Faith Memorial Chapel is caring and special. They understood everything that we were going through and cared. I know I kind of said that twice but that's because I can't express it enough. I was grieving and grieving hard but they were sympathic and kind. I want to thank All Faith Memorial Chapel for the exceptional service they provided for my father. I have been to the chapel for several funeral services. This time it was a different experience for me because it was for my Dad. Jason, JoeAnn and the staff were very attentive to the needs of my family. They were courteous, caring, professional and simply put amazing. The blanket with my Dad's image was breathtaking. Thank you so much for making this process a little easier. God Bless you all.
Jason Gill at All Faith Memorial Chapel treated my dads death as though he had known my family for many years. We had a hard time finding a funeral home who fit the financial need and moral support that we were looking for, (we had visited another local funeral home ), and once we spoke with Mr. Gill we knew we had found the right place for my family to say our last good byes to my dad. Mr. Gill and his staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and understanding through out the entire process and for that we are all forever grateful! It was hard to let my dad go but once we knew he was in the hands of All Faith Memorial Chapel, we were at peace with his death. Thank you Jason Gill for all that you have done for my family and our community, you will forever be in our hearts.
